Although I am not from Brighton and have never lived there, because my family lived there throughout the 19th century I have a keen interest in its history. Over the years, I have gained a great deal of personal satisfaction from helping others as a volunteer researcher for the site. As such, I am pretty well acquainted with much of the content on the site, but I am often amazed at the diversity of new subject matter still being published on the website. These pages are my personal recommendations.
