The Brighton and Hove City Branch of the Royal British Legion hosted the Children's Act of Remembrance at St Bartholomew's Church.

Children from St Bartholomew's Primary School and pupils from Brighton College were participants in the service.

Invited guests and civic dignitaries included the Lord Lieutenant of East Sussex Peter Field, The High Sheriff of East Sussex Maureen Chowen, the Mayor of Brighton and Hove, Councillor Mo Marsh and her Consort, Robert Brown.
