1947/48 First 11

Thanks to Mike Hookham of the Knollites Group I have acquired a number of pre-1950 Knoll Boys photos.

This one is the 1947/48 Div 2 Winners and I would think there are a number of boys here whose names will ring bells with some out there.

Wow, that looks like Dave Talbot in the front row, who later worked at CVA Kearney & Trecker? I worked with him when he was much older, a real gent, I guess even footballers were in those days!
