Donated my toys

I have been going to Whitehawk library since I was a baby. There is a fantastic toy library, and over the years I have borrowed lots of toys and in turn I have donated some of my toys.

The old rocking horse

When I was young, a trip to the library wasn’t complete without a ride on the old rocking horse. Before I had my own computer I used the library’s ones. Every summer I completed the reading challenge that the library set and got lots of stickers and medals: a good incentive to read.

Friendly librarians

I have also enjoyed craft days at the library with the librarians, who are always very friendly and helpful. Of course the library is also very handy for borrowing books!
