Kee Kin, Ridgway, Woodingdean

A postcard view?

By Mike Dixon

My grandparents, William and Florence Langley, and their daughter Doris (who was my mother) lived in a bungalow called Kee Kin in the Ridgway, Woodingdean in the 1930s.

I understand from a 2009 post on this site from Susan Beckett, that there is a postcard showing the house. The photograph here shows Kee Kin. with my grandparents and mother at the door. They moved from Woodingdean to Portslade sometime after the war.

If you remember the house, and possibly when it was demolished, please leave a comment below.

Hi, my Grandparents lived at Kee-Kin I think before your family. My grandad was the local builder Jack Roberts. Kee-Kin is still there.
