I believe the Astoria is owned by ‘Yes No Productions’, the company behind ‘Stomp’. Perhaps they are planning something for the Astoria, who knows.

I heard that Yes/No owned it, but there are also rumours that Mama Group (Barfly parent company) has grabbed it.

What a shame….this would make a great music venue.

Oh please do something to restore it. It’s a super venue for music.

Remember Saturday morning cinema and the great sound the Wurlitzer organ played as it would start. Wish they had returned to the best cinema.
