I restored part of this clock! It was the four large dials in the summer of 2006, to include re-gilding all the numerals and hands, and the weather vane on the top. I am a dial restorer and run a family clock shop in Cross Street Hove.
I worked on the restoration of this clock in conjuction with Frost brothers of Worthing, who look after most of the clock towers in the south of England, including the famous clock tower in Queens Road.Take a fresh picture of it now, it looks very handsome in its restored glory!
