This is not 30 Western Road but 30 Western Street. I got this information from the 1931 Kelly’s Directory of Brighton.
This was my local for many years when I lived in Brighton. It was run by Graeme and John and an amazing proper local, full of characters. Famous as well for the amazing rolls and sandwiches. Happy memories
