I have just had a word with my mum about Richmond Hill / Richmond Court and she says it was above or at least next to Chates farm (Richmond St) side and there were all the stables for the horses etc there. Her dad used to keep some of his shires or cobs there. By what she said it sounds as if it was just down the hill from Queens Park Road.
