The publican at the Lord Nelson

Research into my family history has discovered that Francis William Marlow (Billy) ran the Lord Nelson Public House at 5 Russell Sreet from 1909 to 1936.

He was famous for playing cricket for Sussex County Cricket Club between 1890 and 1904. Subsequently he was an umpire before running the pub. He was born on 8/10/1867 in Tamworth Staffordshire,

From the 1901 census he lived at 31 Goldstone Villas, Hove with his wife Emma. He died on 7/8/1952 at a nursing home (I think) in London Road, Brighton.
