A wonderful community

I go to the church down The Avenue. We have a very good community service down at St Andrew’s. We’ve got a very good vicar, extremely good vicar and his wife who work very, very hard.

Our church has got a wonderful community group, they pull together. Anyone who can’t get to church are picked up by car. They have a lot of social events, oh, they have Barn Dances, we have suppers, every year we have a picnic in Stanmer Park after church. We all go!

The Sunday school have a Christmas party where they get presents and things like that. Down at St Andrew’s it is a wonderful, wonderful community.
