Memories of the 1950s

My family and I lived at 75 Boundary Road Portslade in the early 50’s. We had a shop – Red Hill Farms – which was a greengrocers. When it hit bad times it was changed into the Debra Cafe, where my mum used to bake homemade pies and pasties, and I used to help. Are there any photos of this time?

I went to Portland Road Junior shcool and then to Hove Grammar school – unfortunately when I was 12 we moved to Worthing and then to Kent.
