The dovecote

A rare example of an ancient building

Martin Nimmo

The ancient dove cote at the top of Church Hill is one of the very few remaining examples of its kind. This photograph is taken from the churchyard, and emphasises the former nucleus of Patcham's life around the parish church.

My mum and dad are buried just in front of the left hand tree. Ebenezer Charles Snelling died 1960, and Celia Mary Snelling died 2006. Comments welcome.
